Welcome to London City Lets. By booking or staying at one of our properties, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
- A valid government-issued ID may be required before check-in.
- Guests must ensure all booking details provided are accurate and complete.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- All properties operate with self check-in for guest convenience.
- Check-in instructions and access details will be provided prior to arrival.
- Standard check-in time: From 3:00 PM.
- Standard check-out time: Until 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
- Failure to check out on time may result in additional charges.
3. Security Deposit
- A refundable £100 security deposit is required before check-in.
- The deposit is fully refunded the day after check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements, smoking violations, or breaches of these Terms & Conditions.
- London City Lets reserves the right to deduct reasonable costs for any damages or violations identified after inspection of the property.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- Treat the property respectfully and keep it in good condition.
- Keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during nighttime hours.
- Avoid parties, gatherings, anti-social behaviour, or illegal activities.
- Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the booking.
- Comply with all health, safety, and building regulations.
- Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property.
5. Smoking & Pets
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all properties.
- Evidence of smoking inside the property may result in additional cleaning charges and loss of deposit.
- Pets are not allowed unless approved in writing prior to arrival.
6. Damages & Losses
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay, including damages caused by visitors.
- Charges may apply for repairs, replacements, lost keys, lockouts, or additional cleaning.
- Any missing or damaged items will be charged at replacement value.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Guests may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of making the booking.
- After the 24-hour free cancellation period, the cost of one night’s stay will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
- Any remaining eligible refund amount will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Cancellation policies may vary for special rates, long stays, or third-party booking platforms.
8. Liability
London City Lets is not responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring during the stay unless caused by proven negligence.
- Temporary interruptions to services such as Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, water, or building facilities that are outside our control.
9. Right to Refuse or Terminate Stay
We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a booking without refund if guests:
- Breach these Terms & Conditions.
- Cause disturbance to neighbours or surrounding properties.
- Engage in illegal activity or anti-social behaviour.
- Provide false or misleading booking information.
10. Privacy
Guest information is handled securely and used only for booking management, communication, legal compliance, and operational purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Changes to Terms
London City Lets reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
